Detectives search for driver in fatal hit-and-run crash in Miami-Dade
A yellow tarp covered a body on Wednesday morning after a hit-and-run crash in south Miami-Dade County.
Police officers responded at about 6:45 a.m. to the intersection of Krome Avenue and Southwest 320 Street, also known as Mowry Drive.
Homestead Police PIO Capt. Fernando Morales, a spokesman for the Homestead Police Department, said a pedestrian was killed there.
