Carla Morris is a former Radio Morning Show host, talk show host and News Editor/Anchor on Links 96 FM (now Riddim FM) in Jamaica. Spent time co-hosting the morning show on Linkage radio New York, a former presenter of Caribbean Week in Review on Irie Jam FM in New York, as well as a former Television of host of BOJ produced show, Nation View for CVM TV in Jamaica. Have had the privilege of working with some of the Jamaica’s finest Media Personalities, and of such prides herself on being able to reach a wide cross section of listeners both young and old.

 

 “Working in Media has given me the opportunity to sit with the highest level of Government and also one on one interviews with personalities both locally and internationally” I can say my favourite all time interview was a sit down with R&B Legend Jeffery Osbourne.  

 

A newspaper Editor, News anchor, mother, avid music lover and one who loves the craziest stories around the world. “I love spending time with my family it’s my most relaxing moment, throw in listening to one of my favourite DJ’s my darling niece DJ Kharma….. I call her my heartstring. 

Carla is the Training and Development Chairman for the St Elizabeth Festival Queen Committee in Jamaica. Have been the master of ceremonies for several events for Jamaica Cultural Development Commission including the St Elizabeth Festival Queen Coronation, Sounds at Sunset and Civic Ceremonies. 

She has had one on one interviews with the Past and present Prime Ministers and other heads of government, US Ambassadors and Consular.

Carla has written and voiced several Radio and Television Advertisements. 

A Motivational Speaker, Head of an Alumni, always looking for ways to give back , always smiling and forever having fun.
