At least 1 dies after car crashes into front of home in Miami

A car crashed into the front of a home Wednesday morning in the city of Miami, killing at least one person, officials confirmed.

The rollover crash was reported in the area of Northeast Second Avenue and 82nd Street.

Miami Fire Rescue Capt. Ignatius Carroll said the fatal crash led to the closure of Northeast 82nd Street from Fourth Avenue.

Drivers are asked to avoid the area for the time being.

No other details were immediately released.
